Talent Management
The Talent Manager oversees the longterm career of the Creator, while attending to their day-to-day needs. While Agents focus on procuring the deal, the Manager focuses on the career trajectory of the Creator, (whether that deal closes or not).
Poe Law works with Management to support the daily processes, including reviewing and drafting agreements, while providing legal guidance for mapping the Creator’s future. With management and legal working hand-in-hand, the Creator can boldly pursue their projects knowing that their bases are covered.
Poe Law establishes the Creator/Management relationship with representation agreements and other documentation. The firm will mediate issues that arise within the relationship.
Poe Law acts as the Manager’s resource for addressing legal issues that arise in the daily life of the Creator, and will also assist the Manager’s corporate entity with business affairs and general counsel solutions.
