Frank began his legal career representing prominent celebrities and musicians as a talent agent at a leading New York talent agency. This foundation provided him with crucial insight into the business and operational demands of the entertainment industry.

He subsequently cultivated extensive litigation experience at both large and boutique law firms, successfully representing both plaintiff and defense clients across a wide range of legal matters.
In 2019, Frank transitioned back to the talent sector as General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs for a talent agency. In this executive role, he provided critical legal guidance through the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and was instrumental in driving the firm’s strategic evolution into the burgeoning creator economy.

Frank has since developed a principled and focused legal approach specifically tailored to the creator economy. He leverages his robust background in both litigation and transactional law to expertly navigate this new frontier of dealmaking and intellectual property. His expertise lies in applying high-level legal strategy to complex, evolving digital landscapes.

Frank holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School (2011). His legal education included key internships with a New York talent management company, a top Hollywood talent agency, and a specialized New York Entertainment and Intellectual Property law firm. He received his B.A. in Psychology/Philosophy from Rutgers University (2006).
